Guided by the old Polish kitchen tales and tricks we proud ourselves to provide the revived dishes of our ancestors in the new outlook. Polish pierogies, tripe soup or even karmonadel cutlet will you find alongside pumpkin or salmon variations in our a la carte menu.
As we understand that the good menu creation is a process that takes some time we would like to ask you for your kind or even not so... opinion to make our services the best of its kind.

Musical weekends in Stolica!
We invite you to regular, weekend performances of the Warsaw Band from Targówek in our restaurant. For details on hours and dates, please contact us by phone. If you want to be sure that there will be enough space for you, we encourage you to book a table!
Live music was the main theme of Warsaw venues in the interwar period. That’s why at Stolica you can listen to the piano music with classics from the old days. Depending on the season and the weather, the performances take place in our garden on the Wide Danube or inside, where there is a restored piano from Legnica.
